3 days Tanzania camping safari

3 days Tanzania camping safari itinerary

Day 1: Arusha - Ngorongoro Crater - Serengeti

  • Dinner and overnight at Nyani public Campsite

You will descend the crater 600 meters for gaming after breakfast. Over 25,000 creatures, including the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard) as well as spotted hyenas, rare warthogs, and some of the region's more than 500 bird species, call the vast fallen volcano home. You will depart the caldera in the late afternoon after an extended game drive and a picnic lunch at the hippo pool. The trip to Central Serengeti National Park will include wildlife viewing

Day 2: Serengeti National Park

  • Dinner and overnight at Nyani public Campsite

You will begin your game drive in Serengeti National Park's center Serengeti after breakfast. This park, which is the biggest in Tanzania, offers a variety of ecosystems and landscapes, including marshes, lakes, short-grass plains, and savannah. Predators are frequently seen in the grassy area, which is dotted with bizarre rock formations called kopjes. The annual migration of wildebeests and zebras across the Serengeti to find new pasture and water is what makes the region famous.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park - Arusha

  • Accommodation: Own plan

On your outward journey to the park gate, you will enjoy some more game viewing before you leave the Serengeti National Park in the early afternoon to continue your journey to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way you will see the very native Maasai tribe with their pure traditional life. You will drive straight to Arusha town.
